62 NEWS APRIL 2019 One of the booths that the visitors showed great interest at IDMA Ex- hibition was Alapros which attracted attention with R&D investments. With many foreign investors sha- king hands during the show, Alapros signed a contract for a turnkey flour mill in Uzbekistan, where significant investments were made in the grain processing industry in recent years. Alapros Board Member, Mehmet Alapala, said that they will establish a facility with a daily capacity of one thousand tons in Tashkent for Uzbe- kistan’s top flour industrialist Beshe- far Biznes LLC. Alapala, said the plant will be commissioned shortly before the end of this year. With the commissioning of the plant, the production ca- pacity of the Uzbek company will increase to 2 thousand tons. Beshefar Biznes, which holds 35 percent of the flour trade in Ka- zakhstan, will increase this rate to more than 40 percent with the new mill. Bekzod Makhmadaminov, Ge- neral Director of the company, said that they preferred Alapros because they care about quality and they are looking for a reliable solution partner which can offer the most modern and newest technologies. “We are the biggest flour factory in Uzbekistan. With this agreement with Alapros, we are increasing the capacity. We are planning to open our new facility in November. It’s a pleasure for us to do bu- siness with Alapros. I believe that we will conclude successful projects together. We will continue our cooperation for many years,” Makhmadaminov said. Alapros agrees with Uzbekistan’s largest flour company for new plant IDMA is an exhibition visited by right people Mehmet Alapala, Member of the Board, ALAPROS: I can evaluate the exhibition like this. Personally, I’ve joined IDMA Exhibition several times before. This year the IDMA Exhibition was really worked on, a lot of effort was put in. And I can say that it has reached the level of maturity. It was an exhibition that really knew its job and visited by the right people. The visitors who know what they want. IDMA has become a very important trade exhibition where we talk about all the details and make agreements. We were very pleased with the participants. There were people even from very far places. Ecuador, Argentina, India... And these people have come only for this exhibition for three or four days. This was very interesting to me. Apart from this, participants from many places such as the Middle East, Russia and Ukraine came. 80 percent of the visi- tors came as turnkey project customers. The remaining 20 percent came for a single machine or revision. In fact, as Alapros, what we are committed to our people is not a one-by-one sale of machinery. IDMA 2019
