30 NEWS MILLER / September 2020 Milleral has sealed an agreement with Nigeria's leading foods and manufacturing con- glomerate BUA to build its newest flour milling plants in Nigeria with a total milling ca- pacity of 2,400 tons per day (3 x 800tpd). Upon completion in 2021, this will bring BUA’s total installed flour milling capacity to 4000 tons per day. Milleral signs deal with Nigerian conglomerate BUA for 2400 TPD flour mill This new plant will position BUA as one of the leading players in flour milling in West Africa. Speaking during the signing cere- mony Milleral Chairman Mustafa Ozdemir said, "Milleral intends to bring its experience installing ma- chinery and turnkey plants across the world to bear in building an efficient, advanced and world-c- lass facility for BUA." Abdul Samad Rabiu, Executive Chairman of BUA Group said, "We are excited about this partners- hip with Milleral to develop our new state-of-the-art flour milling plants in Nigeria with a total mil- ling capacity of 2,400 tons per day bringing BUA’s total installed capacity to 4,000 tons per day upon completion in 2021.
