High quality platform based on standardised software. The plant’s machinery and equipment are controlled by PLC systems adapted to the size and configuration of the supplied system. With a starting point in standard software, we design a safe and flexible processing system that meets the requirements of the individual client. Cimbria’s turnkey contracts include PLC and SCADA for process control and electrical panel installations, such as main distribution panels (MDP), power-factor correction panels and motor starter panels (MCC). Our in-house elec- trical engineers not only have expertise in the complete design and execution of electrical facilities and process control, but are also able to adapt and design systems with new or existing machinery. Traceability. Cimbria ensures it remains at the cutting edge of data acquisition by providing computer systems which, in conjunction with weighing machines and SCADA systems, can log, store and process material transaction data to and from storage facilities, as well as additions and partitioning during the production process. Grain traceability is becoming increasingly important to maintain value. A well-tested and stable database system is normally built in Microsoft SQL. Logging is typically done using a barcode system, but other systems such as RFID systems are also available. Increased plant performance with lower energy con- sumption.
