In this role, Dumas will be responsible for all aspects of human resourc- es, people management and internal communications. She is part of Ardent Mills’ Senior Leadership Team. In this role, she served more than 5,200 teammates in the company’s healthcare and tourism businesses. Founded in 1981, Bliss is a leading manufactur- er of hammermills, pellet mills, counterflow cool- ers, and peripheral equipment for the biomass, pet food, and animal feed industries.
