28 MILLER / january 2022 NEWS Firmly committed to realize a lasting and profitable growth, Germany-based Petkus Engineering GmbH has rebranded itself as CESCO EPC GmbH. In the new company, Mr. Luca Celeghini will serve as President and his son Dr. Martino Celeghini as Managing Director. Mr. Luca Celeghini and Mr. Mark Scholze joined their industrial activities in PETKUS in 1994 with a concept of congenial management, which made it possible to build up the PETKUS Group into what it is today. Now both have decided to go individual ways, Mr. Celeghini and Mr. Scholze said in a com- mon statement. Mr. Luca and Dr. Martino Celeghini take over Petkus Engineering GmbH and MMW Technologie GmbH. Both companies are inte- grated in the CESCO Group, which will focus on the design and supply of both inland and port grain terminals as well as milling solutions for industrial grain processing plants. The mission of CESCO EPC is to consolidate its position as professional partner for realizing industrial plants for grain logistics and deep processing around the world, based on the ex- perience gained over the years combined with a strong commitment to ex- cellence and supported by a young, dynamic team. Furthermore, the Celeghini family remains equal share- holder of Silos Metálicos Zara- goza S.L.U. (SIMEZA), which will continue to support the CESCO Group with its products and services. The CESCO Group operates from four differ- ent European countries: Germany, Italy, Spain and Serbia. The management and engineering headquarters are located in Wutha-Farnroda and Konstanz, Germany.
