AGI is excited to be exhibiting at the IAOM Middle East & Africa Conference & Expo between October 25 – 28 at Hotel Verde Zanzibar in Zanzibar, Tanzania. AGI, one of Europe, the Middle East and Africa’s largest and most respected manufacturers, delivers custom systems and solutions across a range of applications and industries, from small farms to in- dustry grain traders, millers, and large port facilities. Their focus on having knowledgeable, experienced engineers part- nering with customers enables AGI to deliver the right combination of equipment and services to our customers and cultivates a high level of customer trust. This year AGI is launching their first ever Grain Training Facility in South Africa at Doornkorp Beleggings, Farm Rietfontein, Fochville. This training will consist of: Grain grading, silo operations, grain handling fundamentals and general storage practices, grain storage and hand- ling safety, aeration and conditioning, grain cleaning and drying, hou- sekeeping and infestations and assembly and maintenance. The mul- ti-day opportunity delivers classroom and hands on learning to equip your team with the knowledge to better serve your facility, helping with efficiencies and safety. On top of providing quality customer experience to their customers and instilling the importance of safety, a core value of AGI’s – AGI also strives for continuous innovation and improvement in manufacturing, delivering solutions to grain operators, farmers and millers around the world with the right equipment for their facility. Recently AGI launched their new mechanical handling L-Line, brin- ging an ideal, cost-effective solution to the market to better serve small grain operators. For many, installation time is a top concern, fear of bot- tlenecks and delays, especially when approaching a busy harvest sea- son. The engineers at AGI developed a solution, the L-Line is concep- tually designed and optimized to reduce assembly time. The modular structure reduces the cost to assemble the machinery, which aides in meeting the client's deadline to have the plant fully commissioned. The L-Line has already been installed in many locations across Af- rica, from farms to millers. In Mozambique, AGI commissioned a Mill with 100t/h and 1000t storage capacity, with 1 FPS14/08 bin with ae- ration, sweep and MPL60 cleaner, L-Line elevator, intake and reclaim chain conveyor as well as 1x FCS45 04/05 for a day bin to feed a small maize mill. “We’re really excited about the L-Line production that AGI has broug- ht to market this year, it is great for our smaller operational customers, who typically store under 30,000 tons versus the larger commercial operations that the AGI PTM conveyors and elevator lines were ori- ginally created for, it is a great addition to our catalog, allowing us to better serve our customers across Africa” – Willie Coetzee, Regional Sales Manager South Africa You can learn more about the Grain Training opportunity and AGI’s full equipment catalog, including their L-Line by visiting AGI’s booth B11-B14 at IAOM and connecting with a sales team member.
